Bottles molded using injection stretch blow molding machines are superior in terms of lightness, strength and transparency. In addition, the cap has a very good fit with the bottle, preventing the contents from leaking. Direct blow molding machines cannot make certain types of bottles, such as bottles for carbonated beverages.

Reasons for choosing a one-step blow molding machine over a two-step blow molding machine are given below.
One-step blow molding machines are configured to make it difficult to put scratches on products during the bottle molding process. On the other hand, for two-step blow molding machines, because creating the preform and molding the bottle are two separate processes, the preform is likely to be damaged during preform transport process. Therefore, one-step blow molding machines are better for bottles where how they look are important (ie. for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.).

They are also suitable for molding bottles with extreme shapes and great oblateness. A preform thickness with different circumferences for optimal bottle shapes can be achieved.

They are suitable for unusual neck shapes and preform shapes, and wide-mouthed bottles.

It can take care of handles added later and special handle designs.

In addition, one-step blow molding machines are most suitable for molding from materials such as PP (polypropylene), PC (polycarbonate), etc.

Made from carbon, oxygen and hydrogen, it's a material that becomes carbon dioxide and water even if you burn it. When you make it into a bottle, it is clear and thin, and becomes hard to crack. It is used for bottles with a wide variety of purposes.

When PET is molded, it becomes transparent and clear. In the bottle molding process, you can color the bottle by mixing coloring agents with the PET.

No extra care is needed. However, as with most plastics, please avoid strong sunlight and high temperatures during storage and transport. Deformation or shrinkage may occur when the bottle is empty.

PET is used around the world for food containers and has received U.S. FDA approval, as well as having passed many health safety test.

ASB's molding machines can use 100% recyclable PET flake material. In addition, we have also developed a dryer specially for recycled PET flake materials. There are no problems technologically, but when many countries use recycled materials, regulations are imposed and they are limited to uses other than for food containers. Instead, there are also molding machines for multi-layered shapes. With the forming method of sandwiching recycled PET flake materials between virgin PET resin, the expansion into food containers is now possible. Please inquire about the specifications.

Our staff will package the machine so that it can be easily transported. Installation of the machine, wiring and piping is in principle handled by our customers. Due to differences in regulations for electricity, air pressures, etc. in each country, we do not perform wiring or pipe work.

In principal, 14 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from startup, whichever is earlier.

We conduct basic operational training, so customers who are operating molding machines for the first time do not need to worry. We also conduct scheduled maintenance upon the request of the customer.
